The Gompa Lhasa Apso Preservation
Program's Registry is comprised of two components;
an internal database and and an external registry.
The internal database contains records,
including UKC#s, of
all dogs being used to perpetuate the genetic lineage of
the Gompa Lhasa Apso and their offspring.. With a
comprehensive set of health and physical characteristics
categories, the database is designed for analysis and
study and tracks individual dogs through the course of
their lives.
Dogs within the Preservation
Program are registered with the United Kennel Club,
founded in 1898, the second oldest and second
largest all-breed registry in the USA.
The internal database contains records,
including UKC#s and GLAPP#s, of dogs being used to perpetuate the genetic lineage of
the Gompa Lhasa Apso and their offspring. With a
comprehensive set of health and physical characteristics
categories, the database is designed for analysis and
study and tracks individual dogs through the course of
their lives.
