The Lhasa Apso Club of Central Colorado's regional specialty is Friday,
September 7, at Island Grove Park in Greeley, CO followed by two Evergreen
Colorado Kennel Club all-breed shows September 8 & 9. The specialty judge
is breeder-judge Sherry Swanson, sweepstakes judge is Dr. Catherine Marley.
The breed judge Saturday is Jean Fournier; the breed judge Sunday is Bill
Taylor from Canada. Superintendent for ECKC is Onofrio Dog Shows -

Special events include a Picnic In the Park following
Friday's specialty and Dr. Catherine Marley's slide show on
the breed Saturday evening. LACCC and the Gompa Lhasa Apso Preservation
Program again host Apsos on the Mountain, Monday, September
10 - a day with the Gompa dogs.We are raffling a Blue Max
crate, model 241818B, complete with canvas cover and pan, and a 14 x 15
1/2 inch giclee
print of Janet Schaus' watercolor entitled Apsos on the
Mountain to benefit GLAPP.
